You can cancel your account and delete your profile from the "delete" button in your "Membership Control Panel".  Please view this list of Q&A's before contacting us with help in deleting your account.

1.  How can I get my party or event listed in your Events Center?
Please send suggestions for your event to this address: listmaster@couplesbifm.com.  We will review it and if it is an appropriate listing for the specified area, we will, most likely, place it on our site.  We don't guarantee that if you send in a resource that it will be listed.  

You can also add your event yourself, by using our quick calendar - click here to post your event!

2.  Is there a way we can rate and share info about the different clubs we visit?
No!  We had one but due to abuses we took that off temporary we should have a new one with more security features soon
3.  I can't find a Member's homepage in your Free Homepages section.
This can sometimes be confusing.  Our Homepages Resources section is not part of our Membership database.  Someone who is a Member of CouplesBiFm.com MAY NOT have have a homepage to list in our free resources area, or maybe they have not submitted it.  There is no guarantee that you will find a Member listed in any of our free resource areas.
4.  Are there free chat rooms on your web site?
No.  We currently do not have any public chat rooms.  We have done some research on this , we found that as in most swingers  site the chat rooms are always empty , the reason is mostly members come from yahoo, msn or aol where the chat rooms are established, and there is enough people that there should always be someone in the chat rooms , no one wants to be in a chat room alone or only with a couple of people,  In the future,  we will be adding a PRIVATE, Member Only chat to our list of Member Features once we establish 200000 members. Currently we have a bit over 50000 members) .
5.  What is an "E-Zine"?
An E-Zine is the same thing as a Newsletter.  Our quarterly E-Zine, The Naked Truth,  is packed full of articles, tips, advice and other topics that we feel may be of interest to our Members.  You can sign up to receive our E-Zine here.
6.  Why can't I use the Club Listings area sometimes?
Up until now our Swinger's Club Listings have been free to all.  Unfortunately, because of the sheer number of listings we have compiled and the enormous amount of traffic that these pages generate, our bandwidth has gone through the roof!  If you remember some of our previous notices or emails you have learned that we (the owners) are just a simple couple, with "real jobs", who try to do the best they we can with this site! Regrettably, at this time, we simply don't have the capitol to provide this service for free anymore!  Because of the time involved with maintaining such a large resource area, in order to keep it active, we have been forced to include them into our CouplesBiFm Private Membership area to help pay for extra help in keeping it current.  

Most of the time we will have it open for all , but from to time we will close it for a couple of days .

7.  Is your News page kept current?
Yes!  Please check our News page for important info concerning our site and your Membership!
8.  Do your resource links have annoying pop up ads?
Some may.  We will post in the description area if the web site has pop up ads.  We will try not to post club listings that have more than 2 popups.  We will not post websites that will not let you return to the previous web site.  This is an annoying practice and will not be tolerated from the listings on our site.  If you notice one of the sites listed there has too many popups or won't let you leave, please notify us at:  links@couplesbifm.com
9.  How can I get my site listed in your free resource areas?
Please send suggestions for your web site to this address: listmaster@couplesbifm.com.  We will review it and if it is an appropriate listing for the specified area, we will, most likely, place it on our site.  We don't guarantee that if you send in a resource that it will be listed.  
10.  How do I remove my site listing from a free resource area?
If you find your web site/profile/homepage listed on our site and want it removed.  Please send an email to listmaster@couplesbifm.com.  We will have the link removed promptly.

1.  How much is Membership? 
You can choose monthly recurring charges or a yearly one time membership.  Please click here to review our prices !
2.  How do I register?
Click Here to begin.  Just follow the links provided and we will walk you through the process.    If privacy is a concern, you  have the option of making your email "unavailable" in your profile.  And remember, you can always update and change ANY information used in our registration form later from your Member Control Panel (except your Login ID)!
3  What are my payment options?
We use Ibill.com  process our online credit card payments.  Please click here to review more about our billing options.
4  Can I have more than one profile?
You will NOT be allowed more than one Membership.  If you have been deleted for misrepresentation, spamming or harassing our Members or any other reason, you will no longer be allowed to use our services to bother people.  If you have been deleted by accident, contact support@couplesbifm.com and we will investigate the issue and get you back online if you were in fact deleted in error. 
5  Do you automatically bill me each month for my Membership?
You can choose to be automatically billed each month, if you like, or you can choose a yearly or a quarterly  Membership that will require you to return to the site and reactivate upon expiration of your account.
6  What is the option to chose my Login ID?
Your Couplesbifm.com Login ID should be a unique word or phrase that you select; maybe it describes your personality or what you’re looking for in a partner. We can't guarantee that any combination of letters and number will be available.  Unlike your email address, your Couplesbifm.com Login ID does not correspond in any way to your identity outside of our community.  This will help ensure that your privacy is protected. Some may choose, for convenience, to try to sign up with another web site's ID or email address (such as AOLor yahoo members.)  This is allowed, but keep in mind that anyone could easily locate you on your other account (say your AOL or yahoo account)  Please use care when choosing a Login ID.

1.  I would like my profile deleted from your database?
You can remove your profile by logging into your control panel.  Look for the button delete in your control panel follow the instruction, Only those who can not access their account to delete it should contact us for help with this. For security reasons and privacy issues...a person or couple is allowed only ONE profile!  You will not be refunded for any unused Membership fees that you have already paid for. Note: deleting your profile will not cancel your membership, if you wish to cancel your membership please Contact us at Support@couplesbifm.com  and we will happy to assist you.
2.  What will happen if my Membership is deleted by the administrator?
We attempt to provide members with ways to meet honest people with similar interests.  Because the honesty and integrity of our membership database so important, a person/couple will be allowed only one profile.  If you are deleted for misconduct as such described below,  you will not be able to register again!  

Common reasons for administrative deletion of your account are:

  • Misrepresenting who you are.  We will not tolerate dishonesty in our membership database.  Do not lie about your identity or you will be removed if you are discovered.
  • Spamming other members through any of our  public areas. Need we say more?
  • Not keeping up with your dues.  If you are experiencing financial difficulties, just contact us at support@couplesbifm.com and maybe we can work something out .
  • Posting rude, lewd and unsolicited messages in any of our public areas.  A little sexy talk doesn't hurt anyone, but make sure that the person who you are flirting with is receptive to your advances.  
3.  What if I cancelled my account by accident?
There may be a time when an accidental deletion has occurred.  If this happens please contact us at support@couplesbifm.com and we will assign a new account for you.  
4.  What happens to my profile if I resign?
 If you profile is deleted you will have 30 days to reactivate it.  If you choose to have your profile automatically deleted, or wait past the 30 days...it will be gone forever.  You will have to re-register.
5.  I cancelled my account and want to reopen it.  Do I have to fill out a new profile?
 If 30 days have gone past since your deleted your profile, you will have to re-register.  If you would like to reactivate your account, please click here.
6.  If I cancel before my Membership is over, can I get a refund for the remaining time?
No refunds will be given for early cancellation of your account.  Please read our terms for more info on this subject. 
7.  Will I still be able to contact Members after I cancel my account?
Only if they have personally given you their email address.  You will no longer have access to your Member Mail Box or our profiles.
Single Males

1.  What are your procedures with allowing single men to register for Membership?

We are now allowing single males into our Membership database.   

We have received emails from several couples and single men who question our decision to accept single men into our membership.  So we polled our members and gave them the opportunity to vote on if they are interested in viewing Single Males profiles.   We received a positive response to our poll and have noted the results on this page: Single Male Info.  According to the percent of people who desire interaction with single males,  we will let in a certain percentage of Single Men based on the votes received.  We will keep adjusting the percent of Single Males accordingly.  

2.  I am a male looking for a single female or a couple.  Will I find them on your site?
Our site caters mostly to Couples in search of Couples who have bi-females or couples who are in search of straight couples, or bi-couples. We also cater to bi-females looking for bi-females. We have allowed a certain amount of Single Men to join at the request of several of our Members.  You can read more about that in the FAQ above.  Feel free to take a peek at this article submitted by a Member for some advice for Single Men.

1.  How does Live Person work?
This is an online chat service offering customer service to our clients.  We will be available off and on most of the time.  If we are not online, then you can still click the link to send us a message.  We will respond to these messages as soon as possible.
2.  Sometimes  your site is down for a few minutes, why?
This is usually because our server is doing an update or can also happen when we are backing up the database.  It should only last a minute or two.  
3.  AOL Email problems.
AOL Members sometimes won't receive emails from anyone who is not an AOL member.  You can change this in your AOL account by checking the appropriate box to be allowed to accept emails from anyone. 
4.  What do I do if another Member is harassing me?
If a Member of CouplesBiFm.com is harassing you using our web site there are several steps we require before we will investigate and/or remove them from our database.  
  • Send an email or letter to them requesting that they cease and desist their harassment.  Please send a copy of this email to listmaster@couplesbifm.com or letter to the address on our terms of agreement page.   Please be sure to include the Member ID of this person in your contacting along with yours. 
  • If the Member continues to contact you, save us some proof.  We would need copies of emails, police reports, cassette tapes, videos, whatever you have that will prove they are harassing you.  

Once we receive sufficient proof of harassment we will review the situation and determine if the account should be removed permanently from our database.  We care about our Members, all of you and we don't want to remove those who don't actually deserve it.

5. What do I suspect that someone has my password and is using my account?
Our system will detect password sharing  and your account will be deleted automatically if it detects a user sharing a Login ID and password , if you think someone has your login info , please change your password ASAP!

1.  Why aren't my Login ID and Password working?
First, be sure that you are logging into the right area Please be sure that you are entering  your login ID and password correctly.   Sometimes an extra "empty space" has been left before or after the Login ID or password and you don't realize it.  If none of these suggestions work, you can request your password be sent by using the password retrieval form hereYOU MUST USE THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU USED TO SIGN UP WITH TO RECEIVE YOUR PASSWORD VIA THE PASSWORD RETRIEVAL FORM.

 If all of your attempts fail, please send  us all of the following information: 

  • A brief description of your problem
  • Your Login ID and Password
  • Any error messages that you are receiving
  • Your email address
2.  I forgot my Login ID and/or Password.  What do I do?
You can request your password be sent by using the password retrieval form here.  YOU MUST USE THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU USED TO SIGN UP WITH TO RECEIVE YOUR PASSWORD VIA THE PASSWORD RETRIEVAL FORM.
3.  How do I change my Login ID and password?
Your Login ID cannot be changed.  You can change your password as many times as you wish from  your Member Control Panel.

1.  How do I use my Control Panel?
Our exclusive Member Control Panel will allows you to easily manage your account and search for other Members.  Please click here for a quick overview of the control panel.
2.  I am having trouble emailing another Member!  What is the problem?
There could be a couple of reasons why you where getting an error message when emailing another Member using an outside email address.  Sometimes it is a server problem.  Sometimes the members box is full or over the limit.  And sometimes, when you are trying to send to a free e-mail account like Yahoo! or Hotmail , the member may not have checked their e-mail for a while.  Sometimes their account can  be deactivated and it is up to the owner to reactivate it. Some people are unaware of this.  If you send to a returned e-mail , send it to us and we will try to keep track of it and take any action deemed necessary.

3.  How do I contact another Member?
You can either use the email address that they have provided in their profile or you can click the "email" button on the TOP of their profile.  This will automatically send a message to their control panel's "mail box".  You can then correspond, back and forth, with any Member directly from your control panel
4.  Can I tell if another Member is online at the same time as I am?
Yes.  Go to your control panel and use the search link "Search for Online Members" and you will get a results page listing only those Members who are currently online at the same time as you are. 
5.  Can I make myself  "Invisible" to other Members?
Yes.  If you don't want other Members to know if you are online, then simply click the "status" button in your control panel to change your availability. 
6.  Can I send in my photos to post in your "Sexy Photos" area?
Swingers and Bi Females we pay cash for your party or personal pictures must have minimum 20 photos of a series , Send us E-mail for more info!    All pictures sent must be your original photos and not under the copyrights of someone else.
7.  How do I get my Free EZ 123 Homepage?
Easy as 123!  We will build a FREE web page!  You choose the layout, we get it online!  A free service for Members ONLY!  Check your control panel page for a link to this area!
8.  I don't want to be contacted by single males.  What do I do?
Inside of your control panel, click your "update" button.  On the next screen, find the question that addresses this issue and choose an appropriate answer.  It's that easy!
9.  I don't want to give out my email address.  Can I still contact your Members?
Yes!  Click your "update" button in your control panel.  ON the next screen, choose "Make Email Unavailable:". click yes.  When a Member wants to contact you, they can click the "email" button in your profile. This will automatically send a message to your control panel's "mail box".  You can then correspond, back and forth, with any Member directly from your control panel
10. Why is your Member Mailbox giving me an error?
In order to send a message to another Member of CouplesBiFm.com from your mailbox, you simply click the mail button on the top of their profile. Another way is to go to your Control Panel and open your Mailbox. From there you can also type their Member ID into the ‘to’ field. Do not use an email address here. This is an internal system that uses Member ID’s only! We did it this way to help protect the privacy of our Members who do not wish to give out their email address on the Internet. Email addresses do NOT work in the CouplesBiFm.com Mailbox only CouplesBiFm.com Member ID’s.

Another way you can contact Members it to email them if they have provided an email address in their profile! . We can’t, however, guarantee that the Member still has this address or that they did not make a mistake in typing it in. Don’t assume that just because you emailed them that they will contact you back.

Note for AOL members: If you are trying to email someone from an AOL account, then you must include the ENTIRE email address (whomever@wherever.com) or they will not receive it. Only other AOL email clients can send and receive emails by using the AOL member name only.

If you find that you are still experiencing trouble with our Member Mailbox, then you may
email us with the following information to listmaster@couplesbifm.com.  

1. Please write down step-by-step, exactly what you are doing and typing in when you try to send a message from your Mailbox.

2.Your CouplesBiFm.com Member ID and the Member ID of the person whom you are trying contact.

3. Your email address.

4. Please include any error messages that you may receive.

1. Why is it important to fill out my entire profile?
Members who take the time to fill out their entire profile are more likely to receive a better response from it.  If you only list a few items, other Members who are searching will probably not want to contact you.  Please fill out as much info as you are comfortable with in your profile for best results.
2. How do I Create a Profile?
After you login, you will be directed to your Member Control Panel.  Click the "update" button and you can then fill in your profile.
3. How do I Update My Profile?
After you login, you will be directed to your Member Control Panel.  Click the "update" button and you can then update the info in your profile.
4. What are CouplesBiFm.com's profile guidelines?

Our Member Profiles are randomly reviewed on a regular basis.  Your profile could be deleted, without refund, if violations such as those listed below are found.  We reserve the right to change these listings, please check back  for updates.

  • Abusive language (i.e., vulgarity, racism)
  • Discussion about illegal activities or behavior (i.e., drug use, violence)
  • Business or political advertisements or solicitations in your profile.
  • Material that exploits or solicits personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
  • Unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material.
CouplesBiFm.com does not accept Members who are under the age of 18!
6. Why doesn’t my profile show up when I search?
Click the "update" button in your control panel and be sure that you have posted incorrect info.  A simple misspelling may be the reason you can't find yourself under a certain keyword.  If you have tried searching for your own profile in several different ways and cannot determine a logical reason for this, please contact us with your Login ID and your Email address here.  Please include the REASON that you are mailing us in the subject line of your message to get the quickest response.

1. How do I view Member photos? 
You have to sign up to be a Member with CouplesBiFm to see other Member photos and profiles. After you log into your control panel you can search for profiles.  In each Member's profile there are buttons to click to view photos.  You can learn more about using your control panel here
2. Why should I post my photo in my Profile?
We are committed to helping our Members find good quality profiles.  Looking at,photos is a very important part of most people's selection process. A couple of photos of yourself and/or partner adds personality and credibility to your profile. What's more, profiles with photos get browsed a lot more often than those without photos.
3. What are the guidelines for posting a photo?

CouplesBiFm.com is committed to providing our Members with the most comfortable environment possible.  We reserve the right to remove photos from profiles at our discretion.  While this is not done on a regular basis, reports of offending photos may cause us to review your account.

Please adhere to the following guidelines when posting your photo.

  • No photos of individuals under the age of 18 are permitted. 
  • Cartoon characters and photos of celebrities are not permitted.  They are most likely copyrighted and/or trademarked making them unsuitable for use.
  • The photo must have YOU and/or your partner in it.  We will not be liable for those Members who post photos of other people without their permission!
  • No photos of extreme sexually violent acts permitted.

Tips and ideas:

  • Try to upload a photo of you and/or your spouse alone so other Members can clearly identify you in the picture.
  • Use group photos for other non-primary photos. 
  • Please use the most recent photo of yourself and/or your partner as possible.
4. Why can't I upload my picture?
Larger image files may not  upload properly.  This is done because larger files take up an enormous amount of space in the membership database.   Please keep the file size of your image as low as possible (100 KB is great!).  

*If you experience difficulties with your photo, we will be happy to help you  Just attach your photo to an e-mail and send to listmaster@couplesbifm.com .  Make sure to put THE REASON you are sending your photo in the subject field.   

5. I already have a photo,  but how do I add others?
Login to your account.  Find the "photo" button in your control panel and upload another photo exactly the same way as you did the first one. 
6. How do I remove  photos from my CouplesBiFm Profile?
Login to your account.  Find the "photo" button in your control panel and then click the "delete" button next to the photo you want to remove from your profile. 
7I saw my photo somewhere on your site, other than my profile. Can I have it removed?
Certainly!  While it does state in our terms of agreement that we might use Member photos in other areas of our site, it is not our wish to offend anyone or invade our Member's privacy.  If you notice that your photo is placed on one of our other web site pages, and would like it removed, then please contact us at listmaster@couplesbifm.com and we will promptly remove it!  You may notify us of this at anytime, even before you upload your photo into your profile.
8. Is there a charge to have my photo posted in your tour or in other featured areas of your site?
No, there is no charge for this.  If you are a Member and would be interested in having your profile or photo featured in other areas on our web site, please send your login ID and/or photo to listmater@couplesbifm.com.  Keep in mind, allowing us to feature your profile and/or photo will definitely increase your chance of meeting someone interesting through our club!

1. How do I find Member Profiles?
Login to your Member Control Panel.  You can then choose to search for profiles several different ways.  Please click here to learn more.
2. What does it mean to search for Members who are online? 
This means that you are searching for CouplesBiFm Members who are on the website -now.  Then you can see if they have listed an instant messenger in the profile and contact them or you can send them an email from their control panel.
3. Why doesn’t my profile show up when I search?
Click the "update" button in your control panel and be sure that you have posted incorrect info.  A simple misspelling may be the reason you can't find yourself under a certain keyword.  If you have tried searching for your own profile in several different ways and cannot determine a logical reason for this, please contact us with your Login ID and your Email address here.  Please include the REASON that you are mailing us in the subject line of your message to get the quickest response.
4. I am a couple looking for a  female.  Will I find a single female on your site?
Our site caters mostly to Couples in search of Couples who have bi-females or couples who are in search of straight couples, or bi-couples. We also cater to bi-females looking for bi-females. One of our Members submitted a small article to our News page about locating single females in the swinger's lifestyle.  You can read it here.   
5. I am a male looking for a single female or a couple.  Will I find them on your site?
This answer is very similar to the one above.  These people are out there, but finding them can be quite a bit of work.  If you are a single male looking to partner with a couple of a bi female, then you can read this article submitted by a Member for some advice.

1. I can't find the Sexy Pics area on your site?
Our new Sexy Pics & Videos area is for Members only.  If you are not a Member you can sign up here.  After you login to your Member Control Panel, you will find the link to the our Sexy Pics &Videos on the left side of the page.
2. Are the free photos from real Swingers and Bi-females? 
Some are and some are not.  We do not have any models we only get the photos from couples and bi-ladies who come to ours site and are willing to send us the photos.  We will pay $$$ for your party or personal pictures.  You must have minimum 20 photos in  a series.  Send us an E-mail for more info! Note: Our videos are not submitted from our Members.  We have several resources for them and they usually feature top models from the UK and Europe.
3. Can I make the video full screen and what is the best distance to view in full screen?
Yes! Just click with your right mouse button on the video while it's playing, and choose "full screen". To go back to regular size, just do the same thing again or click on Esc button ! Note: if you view in full screen always move away from from the screen about 6-8 feet 
4. I get the linking error when trying to get to your site. What should I do?
You may need to clear your web browser cache. In Internet Explorer, go to the tools menu and choose internet options. Then click the 'delete files' button on the page. Then restart your browser and the link should work. If you're using Internet Explorer version 6.x, you may need to adjust a few browser settings so that your computer accepts cookies from our server. Go to the Tools menu and Internet Options and go to the privacy tab and click on Advanced... and then check off Always Allow Session Cookies and Accept cookies from both First Party and Third Party. Hit OK. If that doesn't work, change the Security settings to on the Security tab to Low.
5. The videos won't play. Or only the sound will play. What should I do?
You need to have the latest version of Windows Media Player installed. Please click here and follow the directions to install it. If you use Netscape, you will also benefit from having the windows media plug-in. Click here  to download the plug in for Windows 98. Please visit www.windowsmedia.com to download the plug in if you use a different operating system.
6. The videos pause frequently in the middle of scenes. How can I fix this?
When a video pauses for a few moments, it means that it is buffering, and it means that your internet connection may be too slow for the speed of video that you are watching. One way to fix this problem is to make sure you are watching the appropriate video speed for your computer. If you have a dial up modem, you should be watching the 56K speed. If you use a cable modem, ISDN or DSL, you will probably have best luck with the 100K speed... although you may certainly try the 250K speed. If 250K keeps pausing and it is annoying you, please try the 100K. If 100K is pausing, try the 56K. If the 56K is pausing, you may want to upgrade your internet connection! There are several factors which could result in the videos pausing. Internet congestion may or may not be a problem, depending on where you are located, and depending on network outages and other problems between you and our servers. You also might have better luck if you try to access our videos during off-peak hours.
7. I have the newest version of the Windows Media Player. When I try to watch a video, the Windows Media Logo animates, and then stops. The video never starts. What's the problem?
This could be one of two things. The video server could be temporarily down. In which case you should try again later. Or, the video speed you have chosen is way too fast for your computer. Please try using a speed slower.

1. Why does my browser window close sometimes?
Many of our pages open in a new browser window to facilitate ease in navigation.  If you close a window, you may have to find our site again and login to your account to continue.
2. The page I was looking at did not finish loading.
This can happen for several different reasons.  Since our unique navigation opens some of our pages in a new window, you have to be sure that you close these windows when you go back to your control panel, or it could crash your browser.  After you close your extra windows, you may have to reboot your computer.  Sometimes it is simply due to the over abundance of traffic we receive during peak hours.  In this case, simply refresh the page and it should load.  If you continue to experience these problems please send a note with a FULL explanation of what you are trying to do and what is happening to webmaster@couplesbifm.com.  
3. What do I do if I experience technical difficulties on your web site?
Please send any errors or technical questions to webmaster@couplesbifm.com.  We will do our best to assist you and resolve your problem.
4. Why can't I see the expected updates on one of your pages?
Usually you can just hit your refresh button and get the new version of the page. You may have to clear your history files for your browser. Sometimes your browser will save pages in a 'history' files.  What you are seeing is an older version of the page.  Click here to learn more and to learn how to clear your history files.
